Douglas MacKenzie was booked for a showcase at CMW 2020. Originally from Toronto ON, he’s a self-taught musician playing 6- & 12-string Ovation guitars. While not a prolific writer, he found enough original songs to complete an album entitled ‘More Love to Begin’ released Oct. 8th 2018. It also features his acoustic version of the Weber Brothers’ ‘I Come From the Future’. Delta Train by Paul Dunn, and Lion Mountain from Lee & Billie Strange round out the track list. He has been a great supporter of the Peterborough Farmers’ Market by playing and attracting other musicians to the market.
